Not a Bad Film
Not a bad little film from the 1950s. Special effects are good for the era - still hold up today. The story is alright; not grand but definitely watchable.
It's about a group of scientist who fly down to Antarctica to study warm waters found around the South Pole, but they crash-land in a large, warm volcanic crater. Inside the crater, they find a tropical world with prehistoric animals. The crew split up and Maggie is abducted by Dr. Carl Hunter, a lone survivor of another plane crash years earlier. It is up to the scientists to save Maggie and themselves.
Worth a watching on a rainy afternoon.
