Hit and Miss - But Fun Overall
The film is a bit hit and miss but overall a fairly fun movie. One skit might offend some - it's Chong in blackface but outside of that small skit the film it worth watching for fans of Cheech and Chong.
The duo ends up in Amsterdam where the people were waiting for Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton but end up with our 2 stoogies.
Lots of short skits as Chong dreams of an act for the people of Amsterdam.
The last 20 minutes of the film is footage the duo did in concert at the Tuschinski Theatre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands with a few movie scenes edited in to create the last act of the movie.
Not quite as much fun as other Cheech and Chong movies but fans will still get a kick out of it.
