Pretty Good Disaster Film
My first time seeing this film and I rather enjoyed it. It's mainly an all star cast - so the acting is good.
Cinematography is outstanding - those enormous waves are truly frightening - especially the idea of being in a small deep sea fishing boat as our cast was in. Shivers!
Even though this film is based on a true story, I'm guessing no one really knows why the men did not turn around to go back to shore when they had the chance. The crew did drive though the storm and we can only guess what happened to them in real life. I think the film does a great job at guessing what happened.
Worth a watch if you haven't seen this film yet.
