Dystopian Madness - A Good Film
Growing up, Max was one of my childhood heroes and would watch the films when they would play on the Cable TV. I've recently gotten the films and watched the original Mad Max - I have to say it's a great film. As some reviewers have stated "the film has aged very well". Being a dystopian futuristic type of movie the film does not feel dated.
The film does have violence - realistic looking so it's without excessive fake blood splattered on the screen. The violence comes from a motorcycle gang trying to take over and when they get Max's bestfriend he's very upset but when they get his wife and baby he goes Mad - Max will get his revenge on these sickos.
It's still a good movie all these years later - well worth watching if you are into action and vigilantes.
