Not Perfect, But Still Good Cinema
This might not be a perfect film on the life of William Wallace but it is a really good story and gives us an idea of what might have happened and a few things that really did happen. OK there are inaccuracies and this is a historic and biographical movie - but those inaccuracies kinda made the film a bit better.
I like the film. It's entertaining: sometimes fun and funny other times gut-wrenching and very sad. There are some exciting battle scenes, great costuming (no matter how inaccurate the kilts are), super nice scenery and some fine acting.
No, Braveheart is not perfect historically but it is good entertainment.
