Decent Elvis Film
Elvis is Vince Everette in one of his most famous films and Vince is pretty much a jerk. Vince lands himself in prison, ends up with cell mate Hunk Houghton who teaches Vince more about music. When Vince is released from prison he meets Peggy Van Alden and the two of them begin a record company of their own. Some trouble brews when Hunk is let out of prison.
Not a great story but it's entertaining.
One sad note: Actress Judy Tyler was in a car wreak and died not long before this film was released. Elvis was unable to ever watch this film because of that.
