Suspenseful Mystery-Thriller
I remember seeing this one several times many years ago. I've recently had a chance to re-watch the film again. Overall, the 1976 film has aged well and worth watching. There are no explosions, car chases or extreme violence so if that is your thing you may want look elsewhere. This movie is highly suggestive rather than blatantly obvious.
The film is about 13 year old Rynn (Foster) who is living alone but hides it from the rest of the world. Her mother has died and she has been with her father but where is her father? Many have asked within the film but Rynn has answers each time.
Frank (Sheen) is a pedo and has his eyes on young Rynn. His mother is Rynn's landlord who is very nosy and keeps inquiring about Rynn's father. Things heat up when Frank's mom disappears.
8.5/10
