Partly a True Story of "BTK" aka Dennis Rader
A partly true story of Dennis Rader aka "BTK" murder case. It's true Rader killed 10 people, true he had a wife and 2 kids, true he was a high ranking member of his church, true he was respected in his community, true he wore women's clothing, true he photographed his victims, true he used bondage and murdered people but that is as far as the true story part of this film goes. The rest of the film is fictional because real life Dennis Rader is currently in prison.
As far as the film goes, it's good up until the ending to me. I don't like the (supposedly) "heroic son" idea concerning his own murderous father. If you see the film, then you'll know what I'm speaking of.
Anyway - it's worth watching if you like crime-thrillers.

The reason the ending sucked is because I can't believe the 2 teenagers would take the body out of the house without neighbors seeing it happen OR the woman's house they were in. I call B.S. when the woman who was almost murdered didn't seen his face when she was in the room with the murderer and the 2 teens. She called police but claimed to not see his face - the guy was unmasked so she would have clearly seen the man that attacked her. And the teens drug the unconscious father into the woods next and then the son killed his father then made it look like a suicide. Yeah right!!
