Beautiful and Haunting Animation
Disney really outdid themselves with this classic cartoon short. Beautifully animated with a haunting tale. It starts out a lovely day: the birds waiting on their eggs to hatch, the mice playing, the bats sleeping, frogs croaking, cricketing chirping all in and around The Old Mill. Suddenly a strong storm is upon them, the wind is howling, the hard rain beats down and the animals find themselves hanging on with their lives. In the end, the sun comes back out and all is serene as before. A wonderful short animation.
The short is only 8 minutes long - this should have been longer!
